Disclaimer: In the year 2010 I threatened to take Heidi to court in order to retrieve the amount of $325.000 that I claimed she owes me. This led to a chain of events where I-I would say coerced and under duress - signed a document in which I gave up any legal claim to that money. After that she handed me over the rights to the Sutton Residence Guesthouse. Obviously all this must have been frivolous, because neither the Chelsea Center Hostel nor the Sutton Residence ever existed and therefore never generated any money. This Website here exists since 2001 and obviously used to advertise a fictitious hostel. Therefore the story that is told on this Website, including all the caracters mentioned, is as well fictitious. Any similarities with existing persons or localities are purely coincidental.
